My bluetooth was working fine then one day it just stopped. When I tried to run the repair on it it said the device driver was missing so I downloaded something and it said a drivers were up to date but it is still not working I can not even manually send with bluetooth and my devices are connected but it's the original connection from prior to the issue.
How do I fix this?

Hi:
This would be the correct bluetooth driver you need for that model wifi card...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:
What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?
The model wifi adapter determines what bluetooth driver you need to install.
If you don't know what model wifi adapter your notebook comes with, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi:
See this article from Microsoft regarding the Bluetooth Peripheral Devices.
If the Atheros Bluetooth driver has installed properly, you should see an Atheros Bluetooth device listed under the Bluetooth device manager category.
