Bluetooth won't PAIR!

HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

Having a strange problem with my bluetooth on my HP Spectre x360.

Basically, the device is available, latest drivers installed, everything seems to work...except I cannot connect anything to it! It just times out basically.

I've tried forgetting all my devices and re-pairing, but will not pair.

I've tried uninstalling drivers and restarting PC.

Any other ideas? Not sure if a BIOS update or something might be necessary (I relatively recently updated BIOS to fix another issue, so maybe related).

Thanks in advance,

Tom
