Bluetooth don't works on my notebook. Which driver I should install? There are many given on notebook support page. Its bit confusing. I already have downloaded and installed "sp60095.exe" . But , I think it is just Wi-Fi, not Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combined.

Hi:

Here are the drivers you need for the Bluetooth, ethernet and PCI device...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64259.exe

This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55083.exe

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

There are some drivers in the screenshot related to Bluetooth.

What are they?

Do I need them?

And why two of the drivers are considered unknown?

HP Recommended

I don't understand your question.

The devices listed in the bottom of your screenshot (ethernet controller and PCI device) are the wired network and SD card reader that need drivers, which I gave you above.

The other Bluetooth devices are necessary,.  The Atheros Bluetooth driver will turn the generic Bluetooth adapter into an Atheros one.

Thank you.

You haven't understood what the question was. But ,still you answered what I  intended to ask.

Thank you again.

Sorry for the mistake.

I mistaken devices to be drivers.

Sorry again.

You're very welcome.

Everything is OK now?

HP Recommended

Yes, everything is fine now.

But the Bluetooth driver you told didn't worked for me. The another one,on the same website named 'Atheros' not 'Qualcomm atheros' is working well now.

OK, great.

It was a 50-50 chance.  Your model has the older Bluetooth hardware then, not the Bluetooth 4.0.
