Bluetooth

Spectre 13-v015TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometimes the Bluetooth just shuts down and I can't find any menu to switch it on. Only at a random time, it'll be enabled again. At least it happened twice (I've been using the laptop for 16 months). Can anyone help me on that? Thank you!

Greetings @Jiaomubaobao233

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are facing an issue with Bluetooth going missing in your notebook, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?

You can open device manager by doing a right click on the Windows button.

Expand network adapters.

Uninstall the Bluetooth driver.

Please delete the driver when prompted during uninstall.

Run HP Support Assistant to install any updated drivers meant for your computer. Click here

Once all the drivers are updated, please restart your computer.

Make sure the wireless button on your computer is ON.

Open settings from the Windows/Start menu.

Search for Bluetooth in the Settings window that comes up and make sure it is set to On.

Refer to this HP article for more information.

Keep me posted.
