Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

does my laptop have the ability to connect bluetooth earphones? following steps giving on help center i can see the settings for bluetooth, but my earphones arent being discovered and theres no toggle switch for bluetooth on/off?

 

please help, trying to do online collaboration for my college work with 2 kids in this lock down is driving me crazy!

It does not come with built in bluetooth networking or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n (1x1) wireless connectivity specification.

 

The easiest thing to do to add bluetooth to the PC would be to purchase a USB bluetooth adapter.
