Does the above have bluetooth or capabilities?

Hi:

 

That model does not come with built in bluetooth.

 

If there are two antenna cables connected to the wifi card in there now, you should be able to upgrade to this dual band AC wifi adapter with bluetooth.

 

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

 

You should be able to find the card on eBay, maybe Amazon too.

 

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

You can also easily install a USB bluetooth adapter.
