Bluetooth is a function of the Wi-Fi adapter.

 

Some Wi-Fi adapters are Wi-Fi only and some are combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapters.

 

If you let me know what model name and number Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has, I will let you know if it is a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.
