Product: HP Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just purchased a brand new Envy 360 with the AMD 5 - 8 GB of Ram. Out of the box it felt agonizingly slow. Then I ran a speed test. Less than 2MBPS. I tried another laptop - same place in the house and it was running 40-45MBPS. Tried two phones and and they tested fine too. The only thing that's on it is Office. Any ideas how to fix this? Possibly defective?

 

Very dissapointing for a $700 brand new laptop.

What is your Envy x360 ? It may only have slow wifi network card BUT 2MPS is a bit slow. Update wifi driver may help but we need to know EXACTLY what is your Envy x360 since there are few generations and dozens of models/products around caled l HP Envy x360
