Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer seems to connect, then disconnects, then connects again, only to finally stop connecting all together.

 

I have hooked up using an ethernet cable, but need my wi-fi.  Any help would be appreciated!

Turns out that the computer was possibly damaged during shipping. I returned it for a new one and now have no problem.
