HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know it's an HP notebook, and I got it late 2019 or early 2020, but it generally works fine for what I need, but In 2022 I had to replace the HDD with an SSD and reinstall the entire OS.

What I want to ask about is why it seems the BROWSER SPECIFICALLY seems to have extremely capped download speeds. It's almost to the point of being unusable. Like, 16kb/s on most things. I know it's the browsers specifically, because utorrent will go up to 5MB/s. I have tested with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox and all of them are capped at between 16kb/s to 50kb/s.

I bring this to you wondering if there's some network driver I didn't install correctly or what. I remember having issues out of my graphics card post-repair until I installed from the HP website instead of AMD or Radeon, so maybe something similar is the case with the browser download speeds?

If it helps, my product ID for my Windows 10 Home edition is 00325-80419-07575-AAOEM version 22H2
