Buffering when streaming movies to my TV

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

am trying to stream movies through my wireless network to my Samsung TV. I keep getting buffering when I try to do this. Amazon Prime streams perfectly from my router so the router doesn't  seem to be the problem and Spetrum did a speed test and that was fine also. I was thinking maybe to reset the notebook to factory default. Would that fix the problem since it seems to be the notebook.

If the OS or it's settings are causing the issue, yes, resetting the notebook to factory default should do the trick,

Although, if you wish to diagnose that first, I suggest you respond with the product information and we'll work on it accordingly.
