Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a BT wireless dongle to make HP laptop compatible with bluetooth.  Installed the hardware in the usb port and installed the software from the cd that came with it.   At 1st.. my phone was picking up dongle and simply wouldn't connect.  Now it can't even find it.  I went in to bluetooth devices on the PC and selected it to turn on.   Still nothing. 

 

Need help.  i also gave a pair of galaxy earbuds coming and hope to not have the same problem..

Did you check with an alternate USB port? Does any other Bluetooth device work or connect with the hp laptop?
