Will i get all the drivers for windows 7 on my hp pavilion x360 laptop

Probably not.

 

Perhaps run Windows 7 in a Virtual Box first to test it out?

It has an Intel Skylake chipset and 6th gen core processor.

 

While there are W7 drivers for all of the major components, some things might not work like the touchscreen for example.

 

You would find the W7 drivers from other similarly equipped HP notebooks with the same hardware, or directly from the hardware component manufacturer's websites.

 

As long as you have made your set of recovery media and have a way to reinstall W10, I guess you can experiment with installing W7 and see how it goes.

 

Since your notebook does not have a DVD drive, you will encounter one difficulty, and that is getting W7 to install.
