Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I want to upgrade my networkcard to manage 300 mbps and have looked everywhere but can not find any. It is to be placed into HP Pavilion Notebook ab064no

As I explained yesterday, if your notebook does not have a BIOS whitelist, the 8821CE will work just fine.
If it does have a BIOS whitelist, then no other cards but the two listed in your notebook's service manual will work.
I don't know if your notebook's model series has a whitelist or not.
So, you will have to take a gamble on it or not change the current wifi card.
