@Mopeak 

 

What is your Hp stream ? Looks like its wifi adapter only supports 2.4GHz networks, it can't "see" 5.0GHz networks. You have to replace wifi card (if available) or use USB adapter such as

 

        https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Networking/Adapters/67965-USB-AC53-NANO

 

There are many similar around and cheaper too.
