Product: Pavillion 15-au00tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It keeps on searching for devices but doesn't show any. I am able to see my laptop as Bluetooth device using my phone but not vice versa. No device is able to connect to my laptop.

You need to allow other devices as discoverable before your laptop/notebook can see them.

As I said that I am able to see my laptop as a Bluetooth device from my laptop that mean I am aware that I have to keep any device as discover before trying to pair it.

Thus it doesn't show device even after they are on discover
