Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i cannot connect to my ISP.  i could connect wirelessly to other networks (i tested starbucks and mcdonald and both worked), and the other systems - a laptop, ipad, Samsung tablet - can connect to the internet through that ISP.

 

We have rebooted the ISP modem (Arris TG3452; i have removed and reset the wireless setup; i have gone into cmd and cleaned up and refreshed the wireless.   This began when i first got to the current location (where i have not been for a few months but the laptop worked here when last at this location).

 

I can't think of anything else to do.  Any suggestions?

Can it actually see your home network ? What is your HP Envy 17m-cg0xxx machine ? Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine
