Notebook 15-ba026nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Can't get connected to my WiFi network with my new notebook (Windows 10). Sometimes it gets connected, but disconnection soon will follow. I don't understand this. All the other devices around here, like phones en tablets, work without any problems. It's only this new laptop that finds problems in connecting. That means if connected wireless. Via cable there's no problem at all.

Following messages appear while trying to find the problem:

Connecting problem_01.PNG

Which is strange, cause all cables are connected... And even more strange: our router is a Cisco and not a Thomson. What do we not get??

Connecting problem_02.PNG

Which is strange, cause there is an account, that works with all other devices.

Can somebody help me out in this? Thank you...
