HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

Ive reconnected the printer to wifi before but none of the steps work this time. recently re set out wifi network setting. 

 

I pressed wifi reset button and opened app to follow instructions but purple light kept flashing and says printer is offline. won't connect.

 

i unplugged powercord from outlet and printer, re started my phone and tried again. Purple blinking light with same offline notice. 

 

I made sure im connected to my wifi and have bluetooth pairing on. 

 

Printer is currently just on purple setup light and and orange "i" information light steady on.

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
