Can't connect to the wi-fi

I cannot find my wi-fi's name (Fios-BLD2m) under the list of available networks. I can see a list of 11 different nearby wi-fi names, but none of them is Fios-BLD2m. My phone and HP printer can access Fios-BLD2m, but not the laptop. I tried turning on and off the airplane mode option, restarting the laptop, restarting the router, re-installing the driver, but Fios-BLD2m still won't appear under the list of available networks. I recently moved to a new apartment. Please help. Thank you. 

Additional info: I checked the router and I saw that both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz are on. Both frequencies have SSID broadcast enabled. For 2.4GHz, the 802.11 mode is at legacy mode (802.11b/g/n) and is at channel 1. WPS is on. Broadband IPv4 is connected while Broadband IPv6 is disconnected. I don't really understand what all these mean, but I hope this information can help. Thanks.

The specs of your machine is

It ONLY has   1x1 802.11b/g/n WLAN which supports 2.4GHz networks only. Please allow your wifi router to broadcast BOTH (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Your machine should see your 2.4GHz network and you can connect.
