Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I could not connect to my college’s wifi earlier so first tried to forget the network and log back in. However, it never prompted me to log back in it just said “Can’t connect to this network”. I have tried everything I can imagine (restarting, doing a network rest, disabling wifi, etc) yet nothing seems to work. I have class this week and a test to take very soon and really need my computer. Please help I don’t know what else to do.

Where are you ? At home or somewhere else ? If at home, you have to connect to your home first and connect to your college using instruction from them.
