Can't get connected to internet and I don't see wifi on laptop. We're getting error 651. Need help with resolving problem.

The specs of your machine is

It has  802.11b/g/n (1x1) which is a Realtek RTL8188EE-VJ 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi adapter part # 857334-855. This wifi card supports 2.4GHz networks only. Please allow your network router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 24.GHz and 5.0GHz.

 

Also download and install

 

       https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96885.exe
