I am connected to the WiFi. When I try to get on any site for example Facebook it does not let me & says “site can’t be reached”. I’ve installed all updates & have restarted my laptop several times & it still will not work.

- Have you made any hardware/software changes?

- Have you tried on a different website?
- Have you tried connecting to different wifi network?
