Can't reach a human at HP

HP Recommended
Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bluetooth on my laptop is not working and when I got to the device manager it says that "Currently this hardware device is not connected to the computer."

 

I bought an extended warranty for my product that the Virtual Assistant does not seem to find. So I can't get a case number to call into HP service center to resolve my problem.

 

Can anyone help me reach a human at HP?
