HP Notebook - 17-ca0980nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop is good working, wired and wireless.

My network (workgroup off all stations at home is : "huis") consist more notebooks, wifi printer and 2 NAS stations. I can't see (wireless and wired) all stations on this notebook at "network". 

On the other hand is this HP notebook visual on other notebooks of my network.

So, what must I do?? Help, help, please. Thank you very much!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
  • Have you performed Windows update on your PC?
  • Could please elaborate the exact issue? 
  • Could you also please share the screenshot?
