Cannot Turn on WiFi

I literally cannot turn on WiFi. I keep click the “Turn on Wi-Fi” button and it is not connecting. Airplane mode is off and my phone is connecting to the WiFi with no issue. It doesn’t seem it’s a connection issue, just that I am not allowed to turn on WiFi.

i have no WiFi button on the keyboard and saw nothing about WiFi is BIOS
