I own a HP PC15-d4000 (laptop) - I have been receiving and sending emails and this has now stopped and I receive a service error to contact Service Provider. On doing so they requested i contact HP to ensure Laptop operating correctly. The Laptop is only 6 months old and on undertaking diagnostic check I found no faults. Hopefully someone can assist.

(1) What email provider do you use ?

(2) Do you use a browser or application to access and read your emails ?

(3) Can you provide more details about the problem ( screenshots, error messages ... )

(4) Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small letters.

Thank you for your assistance it is greatly appreciated. It appears the problem was the VPN that was installed as part of the Norton 360 package.  Once I removed that everything was OK. I already have VPN protection through my service provider and the installation of the Norton VPN product caused the problem re email
