Cannot connect Wifi

Hp Pavillion 15-n209tx
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hello please help me out. My problem is whenever i switch on wifi...i can see all the networks but when i try to connect, it takes a minute and then shows unable to connect. I tried several methods to resolve like following hp troubleshoot method, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and finally rest to factory settings. But still nothing helped me out. I fear whether i will ever able to connect wifi again or not...
