HP Recommended

Hi,

I have a HP Pavilion 14-al100 Notebook PC. I have noticed that I have to get closed to my WIFI for my laptop to be able to find it . When I go to my room , my laptop cannot find any WIFI and yet my older devices get connected no matter how far I am from my WIFI. I have updated my driver and uninstalled and deleted it to have it reinstalled when connected to internet but nothing has changed. Kindly assist.
