Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there,

 

Printer : HP office Jet Pro 8620

 

We are working in a business center with a WPA2 - Entreprise network with credentials required.

 

Via the Web server / IP adress, I tried to set up the printer on our WPA entreprise newtwork (with Credentials & settings), it is attempting to connect however the printer does not recognize the network.

 

Msg on the printer:

IP - Not connected

Network name - Not connected

The wifi light - flashing. 

 

The printer is only printing when it is wired. (not convenient) 

 

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
