After turning on the laptop, I have an awful time connecting to the internet using either Edge or Chrome. The message I get is "connection was interrupted" and "err_network_changed". There are times it takes me 30 minutes to connect, while all the other devices in my home are working fine. I ran the network fix tool on HP and it seemed to fix the issue once, but when I turn on the PC again, I have the same issue. This is beyond frustrating and for a product like HP, very very disappointing. Your help is appreciated. I also bought a product called DriverFix and updated about 21 drivers, to no improvement. Thanks.

You can always revert back to Windows 10 anytime you feel you are ready to. However, only do it if you are sure you really want to.

Hi, @JonM69 the issue may most likely be the Windows 11 upgrade. Windows 11 users have had challenges with driver problems and various software and hardware issues which is why it is suggested to hold on and be patient before upgrading to Windows 11.

So I swapped out the Realtek WiFi adapter for the Intel WiFi 6 model. When I opened the PC, I was surprised to find that the antenna terminals do not snap in place on the adapter. They just lay on top of the adapter connections and are held in place by a sticky piece of plastic. What an unbelievably cheap and short-sighted design. It was a chore getting the small antenna terminals to lay on the adapter connection points while I re-taped them in place. I used both electric tape and the sticky plastic piece. I hope it all holds. Very very disappointing!
