Cannot connect to wifi after upgrade to windows 10

I have a problem with my windows 1064 bit hp, I can't connect to Wi-Fi in my school as others have been connected. When I try " can't connect to this network" . Also I can't find Bluetooth on it. Any help for me? HP Intel Celeron N3050 1.6ghz.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your PC?

 

Please provide the product number of your PC to help you better.

 

However, please try the steps recommended below.

 

Go to Start Menu -> Settings -> Network and Internet -> Wi-Fi -> Manage Wi-Fi Settings -> under "Manage known settings" at the bottom of the page click school's network and click "Forget".
Try to reconnect to school's network.

 

Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot wireless issues.
