Cannot connect wifi

Product Name: HP Pavilion 15-e057tx Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I cannot connect to my home wifi, but my phone and other labtops can connect that wifi normally. I have already tried to download and re-install the drive provided in HP website (http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-15-e000-Notebook-PC-series/5355006/model...), but it doesn't work. HELP!

Follow the below steps to fix this issue.

 

Open CMD as Admin:  Copy the following commands, and press Enter after each one.

 

netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled

netsh int tcp show global  (Check if All settings have taken effect)

 

Reboot the system and see if it works.

 

If the issue persists, follow the steps in the below link.

I have tried this, and it showed all the things as same as the instruction shown, but i still cannot connect to wifi (cry
