Product: HP Pavilion 15 TS Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I cannot connect WIFI to my modem with my HP Pavilion 15 TS.  I can only connect with LAN ethernet cable. I was able to for 5 years and then I suddenly couldn't. Other members of the family are able to. I can't even hotspot through someones phone. I am able to connect my laptop to other/external WIFI/modems without a problem. I have downloaded drivers to infanatum. Enabled, and disabled. Installed, uninstalled. Run command prompts as administrator etc...nothing works.  Please help !
