Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I buy refurbished notebook  today, windows 10, . I try to connect to vias sat satellite  internet  today, says cant connect to network. Other notebook and phone will connect. I call viasat, they chrck my modem, reset All that, same result, cant connect to network. They say contact hp, anybody able to help?

It can't connect or it can't "see" your network to connect ? What EXACTLY is your machine ? We have millions of models/products around here.
