Chrome book will not turn on. The toogle or switch in settings will not highlight so I can enable the blue tooth. I have tried the instructions to reset the blue tooth by turning off the blue tooth and then restarting the laptop. I have checked and then download any updates and the toogle still will not highlight so I can turnon the blue tooth. Any suggestions sould be greatly appreciated.

I understand you are facing a power-related issue on your HP Chromebook. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a hard reset:
- Power off the laptop.
- Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter.
- Power ON the laptop and check.
