Hi there! 

 

I'm not good with computers so I'm sorry if I've directed this query to the wrong place. I'm experiencing issues with accessing common sites on my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1xxx. For example, I try to access [Content Removed] and am met with the following error: 

 

You don't have permission to access [Content Removed] on this server.

I've tried to access other sites and receiving similar errors, e.g.

 

Your request is not compliant and has been blocked by us.

Please try again later.

These are sites I've been on many times and only in the last couple of days have I received these errors and I have no idea why. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
