There is no wireless device in the device manager with a ? mark next to it, so it is one of 4 things...
1. The wifi driver is installed, and the Broadcom wifi adapter should be showing up under the Network adapters device manager category in your screenshot.
2. You need to install the HP Wireless Assistant software, restart the PC, and use the HP wireless assistant software to turn on the wifi adapter.
3. The Broadcom wifi adapter has failed and is no longer functional.
4. Make sure the wifi switch/button that activates the wifi is turned on.
