HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx

I was watching a movie I had downloaded because I was going to be in an area with no cell reception or internet access my laptop battery died. I had turned the Wi-Fi off to save power and I was using the Bluetooth for my headphones. After recharging the the computer my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth no longer function. The buttons no longer appear to turn either one on or off. I have checked in BIOS to see if the network adapter was off but I can not locate it. Both devices no longer show up in device manager at all. I have tried resetting the network adapter, this had no effect. I tired to download new drivers for them but was only able to find the Bluetooth one on the HP support site, and after trying to install it the Bluetooth still won't function. I am able to get online through my gateway with and ethernet cable. Please help.
