HP Recommended
Product: Spectre 360 GC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried unsuccessfully to connect my Spectre 360 laptop to the internet via my mobile (iphone 5c). 

When I try to connect, the laptop will see the iphone hotspot and try to connect, but after I put in the password it returns a message that says it can't connect to this network.

Does anyone have a solution?
