HP Recommended

I have a HP All-in-One 24-cb1217c  desktop computer.  it is connected via ethernet cable to my network.

 

However, when i turn on my computer it takes about 4 minutes to recognize the ethernet connect and connect me to the internet.

 

My computer is too far from the Wifi in my house, but i do have the ethernet connection.

 

Any suggestions on how to make the ethernet work on start up?
