Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,
For a long time I have been experiencing communication problems as I browse through WiFi, no matter what network: home, university or public network.
Once in a while, I can't surf on the Internet, althought the adapter shows that the it still connected to the network, but I can't browse the site, there I get the following error:
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED
And sometimes the error:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT

Only after I turn the adapter off and on, the communication comes back.
With the support of several HP representatives, I updated a few different drivers, but the problem is still not resolved.

Can anyone help?
Thank you!

@shaulor
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
To solve "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET" you just need to Fire a Command in CMD.

  1. Go to start button and search for CMD.
  2. Open CMD with Administrator privileges.
  3. Type a command "netsh winsock reset". (Without quote) Press Enter key.

 Once it's done close all the browser and try again.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
