Hi guys, has anyone had any luck in contacting a real person in relation to a problem with their pc under warranty? I only seem to get bots with whatever medium I try, and when using the link that supposedly allows you to complete a form, I'm not able to 'submit'.
Is there an updated link to a form I'm missing? Or even better, an email address? Many thanks in advance, I've been looking for a while, Maria

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
