Disable HP Pavilion DV6-2157sb wifi and volume touch buttons?

HP Recommended
Pavilion DV6-2157sb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My parents and I have an old (originally mine) Pavilion DV6-2157sb with Windows 10 Professional 64 bit on it. My dad has what I'll call dead fingers; he cannot feel anything from his fingertips. This is from 40+ years working as an engineer in factories. He never knows what he pushes or how hard he pushes, and sometimes, he'll "graze" the wifi and/or volume touch buttons without us noticing. He did so today, turning off the wifi on the laptop until I noticed it and turned it back on. I know you can turn both the volume and wifi on and off via Windows itself, so I'm wondering if there's any way to disable the functionally of the touch buttons?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I understand that you are having a problem with some of your touch keys on your HP Pavilion dv6-2170ee Entertainment Notebook PC. I will try my best to help you with this problem. Could you explain where these touch keys are that you are having an issue with? Are they the F keys on the top of the keyboard?
