Yes and no depending on your option when you bought the machine. Did you buy WWAN option ? Its specs

which says: "
Intel XMM 7360 LTE-Advanced Cat 9
note:WWAN module is an optional feature, requires factory configuration and requires separately purchased service contract. Check with service provider for coverage and availability in your area. Connection speeds might vary due to location, environment, network conditions, and other factors. LTE not available on all products, in all countries/regions.
