This laptop came installed with Windows 7(64 bit) however it currently is running Windows 10(64 bit).

Hi,

No, it did not come with Bluetooth.

You could replace the Wifi card with one which also has Bluetooth. Or the simplest method is to buy a Bluetooth usb dongle.
