Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello sir, the wifi driver in my laptop is not working properly, so I have to download it again but my driver is not downloading, my serial number is not saying that it is ok.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • What is the product number of your device?
  • Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
