E24d G4 FHD Advance Docking Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

We recently started to order the E24d G4 FHD docking monitors for use in the workplace. We began testing them out with the laptops we use (Elitebook 840 G5, G6 & G7), and noticed that after 'hot swapping' the laptops in and out a few times they would stop picking up the ethernet and just stick to Wi-Fi. After trying to troubleshoot the only way we could resolve the issue we had to factory reset the monitor.

It seems like the monitor is maybe holding on to the MAC address of one of the laptops?

Has anyone else come across this before? Any info or help would be greatly appreciated!

Shawn
