Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Chapter 3, page 21 has the list of supported WWAN adapters and their HP part numbers.

 

You can only install one of the WWAN cards listed in the service manual and it must have the HP part number on it or it probably will not work.

 

Before buying a WWAN card, make sure your notebook has the WWAN antennas in the WWAN card compartment to attach to the WWAN card.

 

See chapter 4 starting on page 50 for how to install the WWAN card.

 

Note that none of the cards listed in the manual are supported by HP for Windows 10, so your only option would be to hope that the W8.1 WWAN adapter drivers also work on W10.

 

You may want to select a WWAN card where you see that there are W8.1 drivers for it on the support page.
