HP Recommended

Envy 6400 series: Printer prints fine when receiving document. It is properly connected to very strong inhouse network. When file sent it is in que and may not print or may print in 5 minutes or an hour. Network has with 3 computers, 3 other brands printers, etc.. All windows10. Modem is A&T. HP support was connected and looked  through and told 6400 would not work with 5ghz. Modem supports 2.4 and 5 and so does the printer. After that was the solve, I said thanks and quit. Can anybody help. Thanks
